Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits, connecting a provider, or using any MsgBurst feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced from this page.
If you are using MsgBurst for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Acceptable use policy
You agree to use MsgBurst only for lawful, permission-based business communication. Your use must comply with applicable telecom, privacy, anti-spam, platform, and consumer protection laws.
- Do not send fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to bypass provider limits, rate controls, security checks, or compliance rules.
- Do not upload contact lists that were scraped, purchased without consent, or collected unlawfully.
No spam policy
You must not use MsgBurst to send unsolicited messages. Every campaign must target recipients who have explicitly opted in or who have a lawful business relationship that permits the message.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and controlling team access. Activities performed through your account may be treated as authorized by you.
- Use strong passwords and limit admin access to trusted team members.
- Keep provider API keys, webhooks, and messaging credentials secure.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Credits, billing, and refunds
Credits are used to access paid sending and communication features. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Provider charges, delivery outcomes, failed messages, blocked sends, or account misuse may affect credit usage depending on the selected channel and provider behavior.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if your account is used for spam, abuse, illegal activity, provider policy violations, security attacks, or behavior that creates risk for MsgBurst, recipients, providers, or other customers.
We may also limit sending, pause campaigns, or request additional verification where compliance risk is detected.
Data and compliance
You retain responsibility for the contact data, templates, files, and campaign content you upload. You must have the right to process and use that information in MsgBurst.
- Do not upload sensitive data unless it is necessary and lawful.
- Keep your privacy notices, consent records, and opt-out processes up to date.
- Use export, deletion, and suppression tools responsibly when handling customer requests.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
