Refund Policy

How MsgBurst reviews refund requests for credits, subscriptions, billing mistakes, and verified technical failures.

Refund 01

Credits and wallet balances

Credits purchased for MsgBurst sending features are generally non-refundable once added to an account, allocated to a campaign, consumed, expired, or used with a third-party provider.

Provider fees, failed recipient numbers, blocked sends caused by account misuse, or recipient-side delivery outcomes do not automatically create a refund right.

Refund 02

Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel a paid plan according to the billing controls available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Any required refund under applicable law will be handled according to that law and the payment provider process used for the original transaction.

Refund 03

Verified technical failure

We may review a refund, credit reversal, or account adjustment when a verified MsgBurst-side technical failure prevented use of paid credits or a paid plan feature.

The review may require logs, timestamps, campaign identifiers, account email, transaction details, screenshots, and provider status information.

Refund 04

How to request review

Contact support within a reasonable time after the issue. Include the transaction reference, account email, affected campaign or channel, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

We aim to acknowledge refund-review requests within 48 hours. Complex provider or payment investigations may take longer.
